Welcome to the LCLE Bot#2476 ("the Bot"), a Discord application that provides message translations via the DeepL API. By accessing or using this Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Bot.
You must be at least 13 years of age and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service to use the Bot.
You shall not use the Bot for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes.
You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or otherwise exploit the Bot in any manner.
The Bot provides translations powered by the DeepL API. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the translations are not guaranteed to be error-free, and the developers accept no liability for any inaccuracies.
The use of the Bot is governed by our Privacy Policy which details how user data is processed. By using the Bot, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data in accordance with this policy.
User messages processed for translation purposes are not stored or used beyond their immediate function.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The developers shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues, whether direct, or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, the Bot.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Bot following such updates shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
