LCLE Bot#2476 ("the Bot") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how user data is collected, processed, and protected when you interact with the Bot.

1.1. User Messages

Messages sent to the Bot are processed via the DeepL API for the sole purpose of translation.

1.2. Metadata

Discord usernames, user IDs, server IDs, message IDs, emoji names, and debug information (in the event of errors) are stored in logs for a maximum of 30 days for the purpose of debugging, after which they are automatically deleted.

2. Data Sharing

2.1. Third-Party Services

The Bot utilises the DeepL API to perform translations. Messages submitted for translation are subject to DeepL's Privacy Policy. Users are advised to review DeepL's Privacy Policy to understand how their data is processed by DeepL.

3.1. Security Measures

While reasonable measures are implemented to protect user data during processing, it is important to note that no system is entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security of your data.
